Freedom - Logan

I would rate them less than one star if I could. One star for the friendly staff only. We bought 3 seat, 2 seat, one seat sofa and Ottoman for around $4700 on January. Receivied 2 and 3 sofas,nothers to be delivered in May. After a month, the fabric of both sofas were worn out..no one could believe they were less than a month brand new sofas. We tried hard contacting freedom ...but no customer number just email. So we've sent an email along with photos of the faulty sofas and cushions to be more shocked with their reply saying this is not under warranty...it's normal with sofas. Requested us to buy Fabric Shaver to solve the problem..THAT IS IT!!!!!! Seriously!!!nWe used to have Super Amart sofas for $1200 and never faced that issue with any sofas before... Please can someone advice me! is that normal??? Should I contact Consumers Protection??? It must be a joke....Never ever buy a thing from freedom...

Terrible customer service, waiting in store for someone to acknowledge you (this has happened multiple times) take your money and promise delivery but then tell you weeks later it’s months away. This has happened to us for 6 months now for only 2 sofas! We eventually demanded a refund and will never return to freedom!

Logan store committed to delivering the sofa ordered for our new home on 15 Oct 2020. And even 2 weeks before the date had confirmed that the order is on track and should arrive on time. No communication what so ever regarding the matter until I called to ask and was informed that you won't be getting the order until Nov. All paid up now and no sofa yet - not sure why my money is held up if you can't still confirm a date when it will be delivered. Understand Covid and any delays but it just takes a call and a sorry to resolve the matter..nnReally disappointed and not sure what recourse I have as I have lost my efforts, time and money !!nnPost Drama Update - Nova Waters from the Logan store took over the case and was very helpful regarding the matter, I have now received my order and appreciate the follow up and communication post addressing the matter.

Helpful and friendly staff. Large store situated within Logan Super Centre. Great variety. Highly recommend it.

Went to Freedom Logan yesterday looking for a specific item. I was approached by Nova, who was lovely and gave great advice. The sale was finalised by another staff member who again was lovely. My item is on order (4 to 6 week wait) so I will leave another review on receiving.nnTo update I received my item (entertainment unit) 2 weeks after ordering. I was surprised at the quick turn around due to negative reviews but my purchase was smooth with no issues what so ever.
