First time in, and really impressed with the range and excellent customer service. Ian was helpful without being pushy, happy to give a demo and great advice. Happily left with a new tent and at no time felt rushed or pressured. Would definitely recommend as a go to camping store.

Everything you need and there is always a friendly staff member to help you if you have any questions.

I would advise against purchasing items from this store. Having purchased 2 identical items that both failed within weeks. Took the items back to the store and staff were not interested in letting me make a warranty claim stating that I would have to deal directly with the manufacturer. I had proof of purchase, the items in question, and could show that they were faulty. The staff member I spoke to was extremely rude. I have spent a lot of money here previously purchasing fridge, camping equipment etc. I will not return.
