Queues were to long, need more registers open on a Sunday.

The staff are very helpful for the most part, however it largely depends who you speak with. The managers there have a good focus on customer service, and I have personally been helped with something clearly outside of their responsibility.

I love this place! I guess most of the Australians that live nearby do too. I really liked exploring the large range of DIY stuff that they. Many isle's and experts on hand if there are any questions.

Great staff who can direct you to where to find what your looking for. Always happy and friendly with smiles on their faces. Great location, central to everything. Easy to get in and out of.
