In the past I have always had a positive experience with Fera Shoes, have bought many pairs from here; like many school shoes.nnUnfortunately went in today and asked the lady in the shop, a simple question about foot sizing, measurements and orthotics. She responded with telling me that their shop sold shoes as if I was stupid and then practically laughed at me when I apologised for the trouble, very negative experience won't be going back!
