Brought x2 couches and a chair, waited about 2 months to get it and when they finally turned up there was 2 large boxes and 1 x small in a box left in our lounge room which when we unpacked them one lounge was damaged by the feet box rolling around against the fabric. Called the local shop where we bought them from to which they advised it's not our problem and we need to put in a complaint/warranty claim. So still waiting on that phone call as it's now been 7 days since calling the store to which they still say its not their problem and someone will call. Very disappointed as we were originally looking at buying an outdoor setting and other furniture but not now.

Staff are knowledgeable and really understand exactly what you are after. The store is immaculate too and beautifully laid out.
