First day camping the chain on my 11yo bike broke. Took it in and they said they could look at it tomorrow. I suggested it was an easy fix and maybe I could buy a new link. I bought one for $5. I asked again if he would be able to put it on. A 2 min job for him. He said he didnt have time. Two boys with one working bike.
Great service! Just purchased my Specialized Stumpjumper 29 from these guys, they made sure I was measured up and 100% comfortable on the bike. Worth the drive from Brisbane
Charged 33% more for a part change than was quoted down in Noosa but alas I wanted to help this small local business. Customer service was rude and unfriendly and I was patronised when I raised concerns or asked questions. I would not recommend this business, especially to women.
Always very helpfull . Highly recommended. Great standard of Workmanship. Helped me out a number of times.
Dropped in a few months ago after driving up to victory heights just have to have my fork skewer play up and nearly prevent my ride, quickly dashed across town and the crew at Gympie Bicycle Centre sorted me out with a smile and didn't even ask for any payment.
