sick & tired of crooks like these people. ordered a cooktop failed to deliver 4 weeks later still have not seen refund and they are looking to deduct 20% restocking fees. I need to pay $800 because they are incompetence !watch them carefully absolute thieves .

Went in for some prices on what I need to make my current kitchen workable before it's refitted in a couple of months, saw a good price on a mandolin, the lovely girl at the front desk couldn't ring it up, turns out the price on the display was for a special that had ended. Manager refused to honor the displayed price even though it had no original packaging. You lost a long time loyal customer today who who even stayed with you through the move and was about to buy all his new equipment from you.nI won't be back.

Once I paid for the stock they don't care about the delivery. Customer need to contact them and ask when will it be delivered.nCustomer is not working for them.
