Went with my son, aka who has special needs so we were there longer than normal walking around.nWe were there to pick fabric for his room, because we were talking to ourselves and touching fabric I guess staff thought we were stealing.nEventually choice what he liked got a few extra things and started to leave.nI was yelled out to stop at exit. So I do, a lady says I need to open my bag, obviously at this point I know they were profiling me.nShow her everything and then she walks away, there were others leaving even one made the door sensors go off but she or other staff didn't check.nIll never be going back to this spotlight, it's not the first time but with my son and then to not check anyone else's bag leaving. Its not on, check everyone's not just mine.nI was obviously targeted or it wouldn't of happened.nnPrevious review*nIts always a mess, there's not enough staff to put stock back. If there is it doesn't show.nYou'd think they'd have the roof repaired knowing Gold Coast weather. Buckets everywhere, hate to think the places its leaking and creating mould.

It is really difficult to phone this shop! The phone just keeps ringing out! Also there is no way enough staff at the place and you are wandering around endlessly looking for help. They have some great product but weirdly, do not stock any silk fabric at all!

Several times now I have been to this store, on the day that I received notification of items advertised as on sale through emails, only to find that they were not in stock. Today’s visit was regrettably made even more disappointing due to the 3 staff members I was involved with being the most unfriendly you would find. Even to point that they were rude and didn’t make me feel like a valued customer.
