My mum and I wandered into this store today and tried on so many pairs of shoes, we were in there at least an hour. Thank you to Christina who was super friendly and helpful running back and forth to the store room for us. There is a great range of shoes here in so many styles! Very friendly service, a good sale and a great comfy range. Altogether we left with 5 boxes of shoes. We will return for more I am sure!

They need a real sale person.. anyway the shoes with the promotion is not correct to buying second pair to get discount 50%..

Wow the customer service here is absolutely APPALLING. My partner was prepared to buy 4 pairs of shoes today, we left with none. The girl (no name badge) on this morning Feb 15th wanted to be anywhere but there. We literally spent 20 minutes with her 'can't be bothered' attitude and moody face. Said two of 4 pairs were only left online and had to do two separate transactions so no biggy. Go to pay and then she said the two pairs online were actually not in the warehouse she was looking at the wrong colour. We were the only customers in there, it really is no wonder so many retail stores are closing with experiences like this.
