Great staff at this store. I visited twice this weekend and was served by Sam and Olivia. Both were very approachable and super helpful.
Really nice vans store, good location but a bit small
Shannon from eastland Vans was fantastic. Recieved the wrong size shoes as a Christmas gift. Spoke to the Chadstone store first who were absoloutley hopeless. Then decided to go into eastland instead, which I'm so glad I did. Shannon called his state manager as there were a few pricing issues. He sorted it all out and arranged the right size to be delivered to my house. You don't see this type of customer service anywhere. Get Shannon a raise!

Amazing service went above and beyond, will definitely come back and purchase from them again. Chelsea made sure that I was looked after and did all everything she could to ensure that I got the pair of shoes I wanted even though they were sold out all over the state.
