I visited this store a week (or two) ago, and I was greeted by an employee named Alex, who had a bad attitude and was incredibly rude. There was no hand sanitizer, we had to ask for some as well. When we asked for help with a product, he spoke to us as if he was superior to us. Another worker tried to help out, she was lovely, but was soon interrupted aggressively by Alex. He was coughing all over the place, was on his phone the whole time. Overall a really bad experience. Please improve the staff.
Am trying to find a shoe and the lady I spoke to did the most and stayed on the phone. Very sweet and great service.
Bought a pair of runners yesterday for my son. Was served by Noah was was extremely pleasant, professional and patient. Will certainly return.
Smaller store with limited range. Walked out before being approached so I can't comment on the staff. Although most times in other stores I'm greeted straight away...
Recieved great service from Michael tonight when purchasing a new pair of kicks 10/10.
