This store is great. I bought a duffel bag from he when it was on sale. A little bit later someone broke into my car and stole some items including the bag. I went back after the next lockdown ended to try to bu it a second time but they had already sold out. They gave me my choice of same brand duffel bag for the same price ud83dude0a☺ so happy
Staff were helpful, unfortunately low on stock
I was served by the amazing Emily at Surf Dive n Ski Eastland during this mad Christmas rush. She was absolutely aaaaamazing! She was so kind and helpful and she gave me the best costumer service I had ever received. As someone who has worked in retail over the Christmas period.. I know how easy it is to loose your cool and how stressful it can be.. but Emily was chill & bubbly. Thank you Emily.. I will definitely be back!
