I went to Eastland novo today with my daughter very busy store but very helpful staff members. The manager was so helpful with sizes and advice for my daughters formal. I recommend this store to anyone that needs shoes and help with choosing the right shoe and fit. 10/10 service and quality. Thank you ladies we will be returning. Very clean and organised shop.

Sales manager (Steph) is very very rude to customers. She has this attitude face on and i tried to ask for her help to find the shoe i want but she ignored me all the time to the point that the sales assistant kept apologising for the manager’s behaviour!!! So because she is the manager people shouldn’t ask her questions? So disgusting!! Besides not only staff, quality of shoes are poor too! Price is cheap and affordable but shoes are not comfortable! Overall I won’t recommend this shop due to the poor management. If u wanna buy shoes from Novo at least go to another branch definitely not this location.

I dont know what her name was but I came in and desperately needed help for shoes for my 21st birthday. She advised a pair and they were absolutely perfect! Classy And comfortable. So thankyou to the beautiful lady who helped me out, means alot!!!

Such beautiful ranges of shoes, well done displays, reasonably priced and very well fitted to all sizes including for fatter feet around the toes. Overall great shop!
