i brought pair of shoes today and after 5min i asked them to exchange the shoes to another pair which was at same price and they neglected my request. but they have clearly state that we can able to exchange.nreally disappointed and never recommend this shop to anyone poor customer services

Very unhelpful. Manager/Supervisor was more interested in finishing their shift and getting out of the shop.nnAfter about 10 minutes of waiting for someone to ask if the shoes I tried on were ok, just took them off and walked out.
