The WORST customer service I have ever received!!!!!!nI went to Eastland to buy bridesmaid shoes with my bridesmaids 6 weeks before my wedding. As I bought my wedding shoes months early and loved their supplies I was confident we'd find the perfect shoes. We found ones we loved but they didn't have stock in store. The shop assistant told us they did have the shoes in stock in their Melbourne warehouse and we would definitely have them well before the wedding which was in 6 weeks time.nA week later I called head office where I was told the shoes were not in Australia yet... Shocked at this news I was told they would be in Australia in another week. I waited a week and a half and called back as I still had no shoes. I was told they were in Queensland bury couldn't get down to Melbourne for another week as there was floods. I couldn't wait anymore so had to go in store to get refund where the lady was very passive aggressive.nThe day before my wedding the original shop assistant who lied to us about the stock, texted me out of the blue to tell me the shoes were in Melbourne... He also called me Helen and not Ellen in they message.nA few days ago I decided to message the company on instagram to seek and apology. I was bombarded with so many messages with excuses, sarcasm and just unbelievable and unprofessional behaviour.nI was more than happy with just an apology but the lady that was messaging me has made me write this review to inform others of what their management is truly like. So incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour.

I Bought 2 pairs for my wife few months ago. great customer service, the shoes are so comfortable and reasonably priced that we came back to buy another pair of the same shoe. they were on sale and we were so happy.

Went into the Eastland store today with my wife, the girl working Elizabeth was so helpful and friendly. We are so happy with the joyful service and will return soon for some more great buys. My wife loves the shoes.

Bought a pair of shoes on Friday 3 Jan - was told it was 60% off.nIn my rush, I paid for it trusting that the discount was applied correctly as the salesperson seemed very nice and helpful. On checking the receipt at home, I realised the discount was only applied at 40%. I'm feeling very cheated and highly dissatisfied.

love the shoes and the customer service.very helpful and patient with customers. the only shop that have size 4 and I'm so happy for that.
