We bought school shoes from here taking advantage of the buy one get a second pair half price for our child to grow into. The first time he wore the second pair, one of the shoes soles fell apart. When we tried to return them, staff made it very difficult because we didn't keep the receipt. The shoes are Colorado and Williams owns Colorado. Anyone can see the shoes have never been worn, it would simply be a matter for them to return to Colorado sales rep. Sales assistants were rude and dismissive. I will never shop here again.
Good range of shoes, prices are ok, sales people are reasonably attentive.
