Fantastic car, customer service and price. We unfortunately had some medical issues and needed to rent a car for a extended period - two weeks because three months. The staff were understanding and kept our price as low as possible. We will use them in the future. Car was clean and in good condition.

They’re friendly and helpful. Everything worked well since I made the booking! It was so easy to hire the car, change the time to pick up and extend the time if needed. Also, when I drop off the car they offered to me a lift until highway or airport, not even my friends do it for me. I really appreciate your help and I’ll be back for sure!

My first time renting a vehicle and first time in Gold coast with the kids on holiday. I was greeted by amazing ladys on the desk and felt very welcome by all the staff. The SUV we wanted was perfect and very modern. They were very prompt when picking us up at the airport with professional service. I was quit late dropping the car off but they were very flexible with the return time and dropped me off with no dramas. Thankyou Bargain rental team I will be using your company when I return to the Gold coast. Much appreciated and had a great holiday.

The customer service is great! We were meant to be travelling to the GC but with CV restrictions, all flights were cancelled and I forgot to cancel my car rental. Ash made contact with me, and knowing our situation, he kindly cancelled our booking free of charge at the last minute. We will definitely be going with them once we're free to travel. It's lovely to see kindness and understanding in what's a very chaotic time right now.
