Adam was fantastic, for the prices you pay you really need to have some patience and let the team get through the amount of cars being handed out. Yes you need to get a free shuttle bus to the car hire but it’s free and thus the better rates than getting a car at the air port. Adam really went above and beyond to not only change the car that couldn’t fit all our luggage but help us get on our way with car seats etc. The car was near new and we just didn’t have any problems. As with all hire the extra insurance is optional but well worth buying who needs a high excess and then trying to claim via your own travel insurance. Well done guys breathe and continue offering good cars at amazing rates.

Robbery. I rented a vehicle to be picked up at the Coolangatta Gold Coast Airport. It literally says Pick Up location: Gold Coast Airport. Then I pay 40$ for an Uber to the Airport for them to tell me that the pick up is in Tweed Heads, NSW. For starters, that wasn’t specified in the pick up location, and secondly, the border is shut. I called to cancel and request a refund, with obvious and respectable reason, and they would only give me 50%. Absolute robbery.
I had a really good experience at Alpha Car Hire, everything went smoothly and they have really good quality cars, new and clean. They are very efficient to do your paper work, and also the bus service to and from the airport was great. We had no issues at all, thanks guys we appreciate it and we hope to see you guys soon.
