Simply, bad customer service!
Wouldn’t even rate this store one review. Ended up going straight to Eastland where I got 10/10 service. The ladies at Doncaster did not give me the time of day or respect. The store was very quiet and the ladies showed no interest in me. They lost a sale and I will never return. Very disappointed in the store and the organisation. The store has a strange smell and we were turned off by that and the service. Thankfully we went to Eastland and received the best service anyone could ask for the store assistants and manger are beautiful and highly trained.
