Joanne Mercer shoes are great quality and reasonably priced. They are the only shoes I buy. Very happy with the two I just purchased, both very comfortable.

I went to the Doncaster store rencently to buy a pair of ankle boots and walked out with two pairs and a huge smile on my face. What amazing service! I need to acknowledge just how friendly, helpful and honest Emma was. She was so patient and kind and told me about the leather lining in Jo Mercer’s boots that add extra comfort. She helped me narrow down the right boots for what I was after and I felt so satisfied when I left. Thanks Emma!
