The after-sales service is very poor. We only bought it for three days and tried it on indoors. We wanted to change to another style, but the clerk refused. She told us that the shoes were defective and could not be returned. We told her that this pair of shoes was already like this when they bought it. We only tried them on once and it was impossible to wear them, but she didn't think so. She thinks that we didn't check it clearly when we bought it ourselves, not the problematic shoes their employees sold to us. To make matters worse, their manager told us that if a problem is found within five minutes of the purchase, he can refund it, but three days are too long. What's the reason? Does this merchant sell things by luck? If I find a defect in the first place, I can return it. If it is not found, the merchant can sell the defective product to the customer? I am confused

I bought the shoes at this store on Monday and found that the shoes had quality problems when I tried them on when I returned home. I went to the store to ask for a refund three days later. The clerk saf told me that they would not be able to sell such shoes. She said I have to find the problem within 5 minutes to return to the store, otherwise they will not be responsible. I have never had such a bad shopping experience. No other stores will sell faulty shoes like them and refuse to return it.

Friendly staff and happy to assist with faulty returns unlike other brands. I buy most of my shoes from florsheim. They last longer, I guess you get what you pay for.. don't forget to sign up to their member program, so they can follow and find your previous purchases
