Went into store with my daughter and grandchild, 2 women working in store, completely ignored, they talked to eachother and one was doing bits in shop, not a word to us from their mouths, no look smile recognition.nHad never needed to go into the store before, was excited to check it out.nNEVER will I enter that store again.
This shop is a must see. It is full of beautifully curated stock from crystals, kids clothes/shoes, cool gifts for yourself or a loved one. Very helpful staff and a pleasure to shop in.
Poor service. Emails kept bouncing back so contacted via FB to ask for a refund before the items had even left the store to be told 'no sorry' only a store credit. I understand if the items had been shipped but hadn't even left the store yet. So disappointing.
