Really disappointed with today’s visit. I took an elderly lady whom I took 6 months ago and she had a great experience with a very nice young lady and purchased 3 pairs of shoes Today the assistant had no interest at all in providing customer service and helping Yes I foundnsome footwear for her but she won’t be going back to the Balwyn store

Went in, and was able to browse without intrusive staff. The staff are very friendly, and aren't intrusive in your purchases. I was able to find what I wanted, and the staff member kindly offered to look for another size for me, without me even asking! After selecting my shoes, I went up to the counter and found that they were on sale! Great little shop, with friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Terrible customer service. Went in this morning to purchase some shoes. Very lazy greeting and abrupt, intimidating staff... I left immediately after asking for pricing details and was brushed off.nnCan see why more people are using online shopping platforms now. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
