It was fantastic! After weeks of looking for a good bed, and being hounded and pressured at other stores Bernie at Amart was just down to Earth. Thankyou I really need to start the year off with a good sleep
Product quality is typically below average, but, you get what you pay for.nBut today when we were in store for at least 20-25 mins browsing kids beds and outdoor furniture, not one person asked if we would like any assistance. I don't like being bugged, but that was pretty poor....
Excellent service from all of the staff I dealt with, especially Jacqui and Georgina. They are all really friendly, not pushy and really helpful arranging finance and package options.
Ordered a kids bed and mattress online. Waited a long time at the warehouse to pick it up to be told they don't have the frame in stock but they gave me a discount on a more expensive one.nAnother long wait to be told they don't have the mattress in stock.nA week or so later I went to put the bed together to find they didn't give the side rails.nWas told by the store they can't find them and maybe I had accidentally taken them out of the car between the store and home.nThey ended up ordering more and two weeks later I was able to put the bed together.
