Fantastic service by Julie and Jen. Could not be happier. They did everything they could to give us what we wanted. Julie was on her way out the store when we arrived but stayed an extra hour to assist us again. We have bought from here previously. Extremely helpful!!!!!

We were on the hunt for a new bed a few weeks ago so decided to go around to all the bed stores to find the right option for us. We started at Bedshed in O’Connor, straight away we were met with happy welcome and immediate service. We looked at the range and finalised more or less what we were looking for and pricing before moving along to the next store. We ended up going to 3 stores all who have great reputations and long standings. However it was Bedshed who really took the time to understand our needs and budget and worked with us find a resolution. After nearly purchasing elsewhere, I said let’s just go back to Bedshed and make sure. When we went back and tried the bed and met with Julie Fuller & Steve for the second time who know new us by name, did we realise that they were the best after all. They promised the delivery in a certain timeframe, and it was delivered exactly on schedule. We have now been sleeping on the bed for 2 weeks and we are are thrilled with our purchase and overall experience. WELL DONE Bedshed O’Connor and especially Julie & Steve. After spending the day shopping for a new kingsize bed, we were so pleased to come across Julie at Bedshed O'Connor. We had visited Bedshed at a previous location along with many other bed furniture stores but went away unsatisfied. Julie was relaxed and quick to recognise what we were looking for. She understood us and was tuned in to our needs. Her knowledge about beds and mattresses was also outstanding. Julie's customer service was excellent, she gave us her best price and we are thrilled with our purchase. The Comfort Guarantee is nice insurance but I don't think we'll need it as we received such good service from Julie. Thanks Julie for making our bed purchase so painless.
