The customer service was very welcoming, and the kitchen was very good, my only criticism is their post-work reviews prices. Overall, however, I am very satisfied with the work that was performed, and the quality of the kitchen.

Jonathan and the team provided first class service. They listened to everything we had to say and were very accomodating, and went over and above their obligations to make sure we were happy. Would recommend their team to anyone who wants a top quality kitchen.

Very impressed with service and quality off Kitchen Connection. The girls in the showroom were very informative and accommodating. Although we didn't book a design appointment at the time we definitely will be back when we are ready to buy our new kitchen.

Hopeless. Hard sell, then no one cares, still not finished. No responsibility. Cupboards ordered wrong size, bench too high for cooker. Such limited choices, only one brand of everything. I had to source my own sink, tap, stove, handles and tile! Buyer beware - I also sourced my own bench top, and here is why. For the stone I wanted the quote was $12700. I got it for $8000. Wish I had never walked in the door.
