Two years into owning this, my wife and I are in crippling back pain at the end of a night’s sleep. The company have said 1) its normal and 2) its the buyers fault for choosing it.nnThese issues arose 18 months in to a ten year warranty.

Same as the other reviews. I wish I read these first. I have the harmony with medium pillow top. Only 3 months old and the matress rolls into the middle. There is no support at all. I sent my warranty through to customer service a week ago and I am hearing nothing back. Should organise a class action if they have been doing this for a couple of years!

Sleepeeze Orthonkinetic a load of crap.We spent almost $ 1200 on this mattress. We only had it for 3 months and started playing up. When there 2 people on the mattress we both roll in. When I contact their customer service they told me we need to rotate the mattress every 2 weeks. The mattress weights a tonne and they want us to rotate every 2 weeks.nnI have looked through the warranty card no mention of this and certainly no mention from the salesman’s in Amart bray park. Terrible customer service and service. They are happy to have your money but not look after your purchase. My wife works away so we only get to spend the weekend together (true story) ,but since we have had the mattress she sleeps in the spare due to the mattress being so uncomfortable. You be the judge just be careful as these mattresses are not cheap.nnThere will be a second post once the customer service manager rings me up to resolve this issue. The mattress is only 2-3 months old!!!!!!

Never purchase a bed with this company. They sold us $2000 Faulty Mattress and once advising them of the problem took over a month to fix it. It then broke again and has also taken over a month to get a replacement and i'm still waiting. Customer Service is shocking, promise things will happen and then never do and then weeks roll on. Never return calls or emails and then hang up on you when you try and get action. Conveniently their managers are never available to speak to their customers which is so unprofessional. Once again tonight I will have to damage my back some more while I wait for them to rectify this problem.
