After dealing with terrible customer service from an insurance company (NRMA), thrifty was such a breath of fresh air. Great customer service. They were quick to answer their phones and respond to any query I had. Thank you so much, I look forward to choosing thrifty over all others in the future.
Booked on line and everything was ready for us when we arrived to collect the car. Very helpfull and friendly staff and the price was quite reasonable. Very happy with everything.
I wish to thank a very nice and well spoken thrifty staff member named Tamara sorry if I spelled it wrong but she helped me to hire a car within 2 n a half hours after I called the Thrifty call centre, as I ran out of data on my phone and don't have a home computerized once again I was given excellent customer service n top marks 10 out 10 thrifty virginia qld I will be back to hire another vehicle for 5 days on Saturday.
