Very poor customer service, took longer than promised and google address is not correct.nI explained verbally that I needed to get two men's trousers enlarged. She discussed on how she would alter them and we both agreed on how it could be done. She seemed to understand and said that she needed to buy similar material to attach it to the back of the trousers. I dropped the trousers off and texted her a week later asking if they were done. She replied a day later to say that she would do them that day. I texted her again the following day which she replied two days later to say that all she could do was to move the buttons over and then had the audacity to charge me the same amount. When I challenged her over not telling me she was going to do something completely different she got quite abusive in her reply.nWhat she did was not what I asked for. If she was going to do it differently, don’t you think asking first would be the appropriate thing to do?? Apparently not.nI have attached few photos here to help others decide whether this lady is the right person to do your job. The first photo is what she did (You can’t even do the zipper up and if you could the button would be useless?? Go figure?) And the second photo is what another shop did which is exactly what this lady said she would do. So, in total it took her two weeks to do what I didn't ask her to do and I had to take the trousers to another alteration shop that undid what she had done and do what they said they would do and they did it all in three days.nVERY Disappointed with how all this played out.
