We've been looking at sofa's for a while now and thought that Natuzzi would suit our requirements because of the name. We visited this store a few weeks back and spoke to a lovely young lady, she was very helpful with what we needed. Half way through her showing us some lounge options, another staff member came over and started to talk to us, and proceeded to tell us what we were looking at was not right for us and we should look at another option. We later found out that he was the manager of the store! As a business owner myself, we were unimpressed that he thought our choices were not right for us. We felt uncomfortable about this after we left and now we've purchased somewhere else. I think feedback about experiences is very important, especially in this current climate.
Looking for a leather lounge they had some lovely ones but didn't make a sale
