The service at this store is incredible! Will was absolutely relentless in tracking down a suit jacket for me yesterday by phoning every store in the state on a massively busy day. His dedication was hugely appreciated and his styling suggestions are second to none. He and Esme go above and beyond for their customers, they deserve every bit of praise! Great service!
Esmeralda and the team are always a great help at the store, the atmosphere is highly infectious and all of the staff are very approachable. Their knowledge of their products is second to none. Highly recommend the product and the team!
The place to go . Quality clothes 10/10. Most stylish ties and suits. Russel will take care of you, nicest bloke- did see a customer upset a mishap had occurred with his suit order and russel went above and beyond to sort things out, i was at carindale later that day and saw russel speeding up the escalator to politix carindale for that man who was complaining. everyone at this store has perfect customer service and i would definitely recommend going there if youre looking to dress for the occasion
Esmeralda was very helpful in recommending the perfect outfit for my university graduation night. She has an extensive product knowledge of the items, and was very creative in matching different types of colours and accessories to beautifully match with my suit.nnI really loved the personalised service and how she went above and beyond to describe every little details about the product to help me make a well informed decision. I walked out with 2 suits, 2 shirts, and some accessories knowing that I'll look like a million bucks in them!nnNever been happier with my purchase!
