I had a really bad, terrible experience in this store. On last Thursday, I ordered two pairs of shoes in store and the Staff Kaeshia served me. Her attitude makes me feel very depressed. After one week, I know the shoes out of stock and I need to get the refund. I can understand. So I went to the store want to do the refund. But Kaeshia doesn't want to do refund for me. After negotiating for a while, she agreed to do refund for only one pair. I don't know why. After calling Customer Service, she agreed to do the refund. But due to an operation error, she charged me $220 again. After refund, I wanted to get the receipts as a proof. But she didn't give to me. At my repeated request, she finally printed it for me. I don’t understand, she can do it, but why didn't she want to print it for me? Her service attitude is very poor and she claims to be the manager. This is really a bad shopping experience. I originally liked the HYPE brand, but now I have doubts. I think the company should consider whether she can still serve as a manager.

A young lady that served me was so friendly and helpful it was great, having just had a bad service in the store across the way. It was great to have someone that was helpful and honest going out of her way to help even though she was so busy and apologizing for having to help another lady quickly.nWish I caught her name. The whole team were very friendly people, I definitely go back.

The girl went out of her way to order the pair of shoes I wanted but were not in stock, she had them sent to my home address and they arrived the next day. She was doing the same thing at the same time for another lady for the same pair of shoes. Great service in the xmas rushnI had been to several other stores that stock this shoe to try and get these shoes as my son is sensory and will only wear these and no one else would go further than telling me they were out of stocknnGirl was the blonde girl with the flower ear tattoo

Hello. I went to your Garden City (Qld) store today. I was seeking two pairs of men's Converse Chuck Taylor (Hi Top) sneakers. HypeDC presently has five varieties of such shoe promoted with significant discounts. However, upon arrival, I found zero in stock. I would not have cared so much if I had not driven 30.6km from my home purely to purchase such shoes. Whilst the staff were very nice, I am most disappointed with HypeDC. Your website is very misleading; it provides no information concerning availability of stock according to location. Customers should be able to rely upon the accuracy of your website. From now on I will take my business elsewhere.
