Received great support from Sandra in the purchase of all our fittings and she really made the experience so much less challenging than it could have been. Consulted Gavin to find a brushed gold bath waste for our stone bath with overflow - sold the incorrect product and advised of a 25% restocking fee if returned. Paul was abrupt and rude lacking any empathy or consideration for a solution.nThe problem was fixed by Builders Discount Warehouse by swapping with the supplier with the correct waste - something that this business couldn’t facilitate. Better options for specialist in the bathroom space that’s 100% for sure.
