Freedom - Windsor

I have been shocked at the level of service provided by this store. I purchased a mattress, and was told it would be delivered in two weeks time. I told the service person, Mark, that I needed the mattress ASAP and he said he would get in touch in a few days time after seeing what he could do about speeding the process. I heard nothing. Over two weeks later I called to ask where my mattress was and was told it would be delivered to the store. I had to remind them that I had paid for delivery to my house. I was then told it would be delivered Wednesday. The woman on the phone was good, but having to follow up on a major purchase is just not good enough. Wednesday rolls around, the delivery driver shows up and then asks if I have someone to help move the mattress up my stairs. Having paid for delivery I would have expected not to assist. Thankfully someone was home to help, but what if this had not been the case? Overall, SUPER unimpressed.

We recently purchased a couch from this store and my partner and I had the best experience with the staff. Thando H was patient, and understanding of any questions we asked of him. We really appreciated all the help!nnThe store manager Chris has done an impeccable job with managing the store as well as his own customer service. We called up about an issue which was resolved to perfection and satisfaction.nnIf you are wondering which Freedom is the best in Brisbane, I would highly recommend the Windsor store!nnMy partner and I thank you for the amazing couch and communication.

Penny MacFarlan, the senior decorator from Freedom's Windsor store recently helped us decorate a newly-purchased apartment. She was fabulous - gave us clear, extremely practical advice on how to furnish the space, explained why some of our thought bubbles wouldn't work with very logical reasoning, and helped us coordinate colours and textures to create a beautiful space. Her expertise is vast and the value she added to the process was worth a thousand times what she is paid! I can't recommend her highly enough.

Like dealing with amateurs that apparently don’t have a POS system that keeps accurate information.nOrdered a sofa & ottoman and paid in full (as this was advised to make delivery prioritised).nOriginally was approximately a 2 month wait which turned into 4 months after chasing and chasing and kept getting told it will be a week or so. They didn’t know if it had arrived as there systems don’t talk.nThen when it does arrive it is only the sofa, so call up to ask about ottoman and manager says that she isn’t sure it might be still a few weeks away as the original order wasn’t clear.nHonestly, use someone else even if you pay a little more. Spending 3+ k with this messy inconvenience was very tedious.

5 stars simply for Eric whose customer service is truly AMAZING!!! He knows his products, he loves the interaction with the customers and I always ask for him every time I go in. Thanks Eric for being so wonderful to deal with and always helping out all your customers with a smile, you are a treasure at Freedom Windsor!
