Interesting reading these reviews, because our experience has been wonderful. First we visited in person and Anthony, walked over and greeted us, very helpful and informative. We ended up purchasing our table online and Anthony was lovely giving me a call and booking in my delivery date. Beautiful furniture in store and we cant wait to receive our gorgeous table!!

Fantastic service. I was only after 2 outdoor chairs and a matching side table so not a big sale but the service was lovely. So friendly and happy to help especially when I drove my car in to pick it all up Saturday morning. Thanks for you help!

AVOID THIS STORE IN FORTITUDE VALLEY! They are very dishonest... They took our money but were unable to provide the goods ordered and now we have been chasing them for 2 weeks for a refund. They claim they can only refund $1000 per day?? Which doesn’t seem legitimate. Anyway, No money at all has been refunded to us and no products provided. Please everyone, for your sanity, avoid them.

Superb experience at Remarkable Furniture. The showroom manager Kane was so knowledgeable and accommodating. We bounced some ideas off one another and then I sat down quietly with no pressure to make my decision. I ended up purchasing a magnificent ourdoor dining table, chairs and a beautiful lounge. Couldn't be happier. These guys are the real deal of service and quality.
