Mattress failed within 1 year. Assessor told us it was one of the worst failures he'd seen. Horrible attitude and service with the warranty claim from the obese lady manager.nEven though we were standing in front of her she wouldn't talk to us but through another employee.nConstantly told no until we had to speak to the owner.nShouldn't have to jump through a million hoops and have a series of arguments to return a faulty product.

Sam was very patient and listened to our needs and matched us with the perfect bed and well within our budget, making sure we were satisfied customers.The service was second to none and our bed arrived as promised, and the delivery team were also very friendly and super efficient. Went into forty winks in the valley looking for our new bed Sam was quick to assess how we sleep and show us the range of beds that suited our needs. She listened to what we wanted and respected our budget showing us a range of beds that balanced features and cost amazingly. The ordering and delivery of the bed was super quick and the men who delivered the bed were absolutely lovely. Best of all the bed we picked is amazing and comfortable I will not go anywhere else for my bedding needs anymore forty winks is the best furniture retail experience I have ever had.
