Did not get told anything about delivery details in store, had a 3 seater lounge delivered, as I was away for work my wife (older woman with a bad hip) was home alone, they just dumped it and left timber packaging and a box that I could fit my Suzuki swift in in the driveway, (it will take a year to cut up and recycle) when I rang to complain they said I needed to pay more to have had the packaging removed on the day which I would of done if i had been told when buying.nAs for the lounge we struggle to get it to recline in (had no problems with the one in store) and makes a clunking sound when opening recliner on one side should of played more and went elsewhere....
Brian the service salesperson was so helpful and understanding , he walked with me and showed me the furniture that I was after . It will help you to find what you want first though , he will give you a discount depending on if your not rude or not.
Very quiet but not many staff to bother you or serve you either.nHave some good furniture at good prices but are most often out of stock. Sales are on often. Online purchases are recommend
Went to buy a mattress. Got handed off to someone else who took my details but it felt like an interrogation. Would have just been satisfied to pay for the mattress and in leave.
