I visited the Virginia store today, what an amazing, vibrant, beautiful, clean store. It had a very good range of furniture. I had a conversation with the Store Manager who had such amazing knowledge of the furniture and a bright and bubbly personality she was very helpful giving me options and decorating tips for my outdoor space. I walked away with amazing ideas for my space. Thank you again to the team at Outdoor Elegance.
We visited the Virginia store yesterday and were impressed with the exceptional and genuine customer service offered by a Peter. Seems like he knew exactly how to take care of customers who need guidance and confidence in their purchase. He helped us try different configurations to help me visualise things. We literally spent hours doing this until will we found the perfect Aspen combination for our family. I visited the Virginia store this morning with a serious intent to purchase a piece of their furniture. The store has a decent range of quality outdoor furniture and there were a few items that caught my attention. However, after a brief conversation with the store manager who's people skills are less than desirable, not to mention a personality to match my desire to buy anything from her store evaporated instantly. I'm not sure if deterring customers from purchasing your stock is the business objective or just a culture within this store, nevertheless it works.nJust a message to the store manager: You must be forgetting one important thing: there are many more similar outlets around South East Queensland where friendly staff is more than happy to do business with their customers.
Had the pleasure of shopping at Outdoor Elegance, Virginia, staff were so helpful and service was exceptional. The wharehouse gentlemen at Deception Bay was also very kind and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.
