I was concerned to buy from Eureka Furniture due to the reviews that I had read. I went in to the Virginia store where the manager reassured me the service and quality of goods was very good. I made several purchases and have found the staff, service to be very professional. The goods delivered on time were excellent value for money. I will shop there again for sure. Teresa

It was just by chance I noticed the store was having a sale as I was driving home from work.nnCathy was the most delightful lady to converse with about what I was seeking. She was kind, patient and polite all through the consultation. We both got sidetracked talking about our job roles and ongoing personal issues. After all the chatter, I believe we both felt lighter just airing out the simple dilemmas.nCathy was able to clarify specific aspects about the quality of the fabric and what particular features made the couch desirable then other models.nShe was able to go further by providing extra details about lifetime warranty and long term care for the product. I purchased six dining chairs from Eureka Street Furniture at Virginia. The entire experience was excellent, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I was happy with the quality of the chairs and the price. The delivery was completed by two very pleasant young men and I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

I had an item to collect from the Morayfield store on Thursday. Phoebe, who normally works at the Virginia store was at Morayfield that day and took me to see my item which unfortunately had a manufacturing fault. We discussed solutions to the problem, and she immediately emailed the factory requesting a replacement. She also explained the situation and asked the regional manager what could be done to resolve the problem. The Virginia store however had one in stock, and on the Friday when Phoebe was back in her store, she emailed me photos of their stock which prompted me to go in and have a look.nnI was greeted by name as soon as I walked in, and she took me down to show me the cabinet. She moved all the gorgeous furniture obstacles out of the way to get my cabinet out so I could load it in my car. I, of course, had to go in for another look around and started gathering a few items together that I wanted. Any question I had, she answered thoroughly, with a smile, and checked periodically if I needed any help.nnAll of this is what some people would assume is just basic customer service. The reality is, it is very rare to find someone as genuine, attentive without being pushy, helpful and pleasant as Phoebe was. Virginia is not my closest Eureka Street store, but it is most definitely the store I will be going to from now on, purely because of the standard of wonderful service I received from Phoebe. She is an asset to the store, and the company, and I truly thank you for all your help, understanding and patience. 10/10 just doesn’t seem enough. Thank you Phoebe!
