Great car , great service Very Happy
I had an incident with my car on the 10th Oct. They got in touch really quickly and said that they'd have a car by tomorrow. Maddy, the ops manager I believe assigned to me couldn't care less about returning my messages or calls about issues I had. They didn't get the car to me on Friday and out of incovenience they said they'd sort it on Monday and said that they'll pay for any Uber trips I had in that time. I took one Uber in that time. I've messaged them and phoned them a number of times eventually getting them to pass the message over to another department. It's been two weeks and still haven't seen that amount hit my account yet. Monday comes and didn't hear anything till about 1500 when they knocked on the door. A call would've been nice to tell me they're on there way. They keep sending me messages about regestration papers after i've said three times they aren't getting them till they pay for my Uber. Two weeks have gone since I have told them this. After they said they'd do something and straight up lie to you is just dissapointing.
Car was fine but the advice and after sales service were bad. It took 4 calls and 4 emails to even get an acknowledgement of an enquiry regarding toll use and lost property (etag left in vehicle). Also was not given correct advice re etag. If you find yourself using a hire vehicle you must tell the toll company you’re using a different vehicle when you’re using your own etag. Would’ve been nice to have been told that instead of “all you have to do is swap your etag into our vehicle”
