What a joke of a retail business. Doesn't offer refunds and forces you to exchange and then spend more as they won't complete sale until exact or more spend is reached. Get with the times and update you refund policy. All it says about Betts is that you are a greedy and inconsiderate company. Will not be visiting or recommending again.

Staff are nice. However the shoes are rubbish. I have had two pairs of shoes from there in under three months. The stitching came apart on the first pair in the first week and the replacement pair fell apart after 8 weeks. The sole unglued and the rubber heel crumbled apart. Never getting another pair from Betts ever again.
