No staff wearing masks!! Extremely disturbing behaviour, especially in a shopping centre frequented by the elderly, children and pregnant women.nAlmost comical that casual employees of a shoe store believe that they are better than COVID.

Staff not wearing masks (one not at all and one around her neck) nor asking customers to despite current regulations mandating use in shopping centers. One staff member literally snatched a shoe from my baby’s hand - in fairness she was about to eat it - but as a shop that sells kids and babies shoes, staff should learn how to interact with young ones in a way that is friendly.

I would like to thank the team at Platypus Malvern for the fantastic customer experience I had instore.nnThe staff were able to quickly select a running shoe based on my requirements, which they got right first go!nnThe next day I went back to the Malvern Central store and purchased a second pair of runners.
