Platypus Shoes Woollongong

I came in today looking for a particular pair of shoes, there were three staff working I asked for my size, I was told they didn't have any. that was no worries, I then asked to try a different pair just for sizing so I could get them sent out. They didn't understand, I then grabbed another pair and asked for two sizes so I could work out my sizing. They said without looking no we don't have them, again ok that's fine but they didn't offer to find a different pair for me to try on. They missed out on a $180 sale, and I've left the store thinking how unprofessional they all were. And how bad they all reflect on the store.

The man here is a legend, ask him practically anything to do with shoes an he can help, 5/5 just for customer service not to mention everything else
