Yes, their products are good quality, but I have never been so appalled by customer service. I went in to look at Akubras, and just to be clear I’m definitely going to buy one as I’ve researched them online, just deciding between a couple styles and colors. The salesman said if you’re not going to buy today come back when you are, and didn’t want to let me try any on unless I was serious about buying that day. This hat is expensive for me and an investment, I don’t make these big purchases rashly, I think on it. I felt pressured and limited on what I could try on. I’m now going to travel to Sydney to buy from a place with better customer service.

This is a great outdoors shop with only the best quality gear. They don't stock junk, only high end gear that will work properly and last a long time. The prices are mostly cheaper than buying online. It makes sense to phone them and drive down from Sydney, try on shoes etc here and take them with you rather than risk getting the wrong size online.

If you want the best quality gear then this is the place to go in the 'gong. Yes you will pay more for the item but you will also get a much better piece of equipment that will last you a lot longer.nremember that you get what you pay for and quality comes at a price.nThis is our go to place when we need to get gear that will do the job properly and last for the duration.
