I was disappointed with the service I received. I was genuinely hoping to obtain assistance in finding the right footwear that would alleviate the discomfort I experience when walking longer distances. Suffice to say that after being subjected to a number of comments i can only describe as lacking in any warmth or tact, I left. Overall the female shop assistant had a supercilious attitude that I found quite humiliating.
