There was nothing wrong the car hire with Avis Wollongong but the lady with blonde hair that works the front desk needs to learn some simple customer service skills. She was extremely rude both times I dealt with her. She’s patronising & unwilling to assist with an left item in the car apparently the system doesn’t go back 2 weeks? Some advice to this person, if you don’t like your Job stop bringing the business down & move on.
Peter from Avis/Budget is someone who’s willing to go above and beyond for the customers. Very easy person to get along with and it was a pleasure hiring the car off him. Would recommend!
