The staff did not bother to greet or acknowledge my presence upon walking in. As such, they did not even offer help with sizes or styles. I had to ask them for suggestions to which I received a blunt response. Will not be coming here again, the staff at Steve Madden were much more friendly and helpful.

You can obviously tell when someone dosent want to be somewhere and this sales assistant didn’t even try to hide it, I walked in and she was in the back not knowing people are coming in. I go to shops for a reason. Human interaction and a good experience. My questions would be answered with blunt three word answers and she seemed unapproachable, every time I wanted to try on a pair of shoes I had to muster up some courage. I did end up buying shoes because I needed them but god I wouldn’t do that again. I think I’ll be going back to sneakers for a while now ud83dude2d

loved the shoes and bags, but staff were very unhelpful. made me not want to purchase anything. i ended up buying from steve madden, where service was much more welcoming.

great shoes, terrible staff. Couldn't even get an acknowledgement walking inside let alone help with the shoes. I was the only customer inside with 2 staff members just chatting. I actually wanted to buy a pair but considering I couldn't even get assistance I left and went elsewhere.

The staff were very unhelpful. Tried to ask a sales assistant twice for a shoe size, however she walked past and ignored me both times. Made me not want to purchase anything from that store and will not be returning in the future.
