Went in to look for some casual sneakers and the staff member was extremely rude, unhelpful and couldn’t care less if I wanted to buy shoes or not. I left after 3 mins because she was so rude and oozing a negative attitude. Do better Betts and employ people who are nice and personable

Bought a pair of chunky platforms that I wore 4 times before the broke. I sent in a complaint through their online email and heard back until a certain point where they should have taken action and the stopped replying. Overall so disappointing and awful customer service. I won't be returned and will be swearing people off this brand.
