I went into this store last Sunday to purchase a pair of boots. Unfortunately they did not have any of the style I wanted in my size. The attendant spent a good 15 minutes calling around the other stores for me to find a pair. I received them in the post on Wednesday. Thank you for the excellent service.

I thought the shoes would be outside my price range. I was surprised how I could get such amazing shoes at a great price, was treated with respect and dignity in the store

Excellent staff member who gave us extra attention even close to shutting time. Management however only allowed the shop to have one staff member which seemed a bit stressful and demanding on the staff.

Service was none existing, 2 staff members more concerned with moving stock. No acknowledgement on entering store, then proceeded to serve another customer who came in after us. At no point were we offered any assistance. Ended up with 2 pairs of shoes from Williams', upstairs!

Great friendly staff who are happy and patient was a pleasure to be a customer in the store .
