The time it takes to get from the airport to your hotel can be up to 2 hours! (vs 20min by taxi). There's no logic in the order of dropping/picking up the passengers. They're driving randomly over the city resulting in visiting the same district multiple times.nAt the same time, the price for the transfer is very similar to Uber if you travel in 2-3 people.nStrongly recommend NOT to take them.

Terrible. Waited close to 50 minutes for a pickup from Sydney Airport to the Holiday Inn at Sydney Airport. Wish we had read the reviews before we paid for this service. A taxi would have been less expensive. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would do that, worst company I've ever dealt with. Late, picked up people on the way when we were told it was private only, complete joke of a customer service department. Stay well clear of these

I wish I had read the online reviews before booking with Redy2Go. I got off the plane and fell for their flashy sign claiming to be 'cheaper than the train', however if you value your own time at any more than $3 an hour then this claim sticky ceases to be true. The ride was very unpleasant; with the driver showing up 15 minutes late, taking a roundabout route that passed within 300m of our pickup location after we'd been in the bus for 20 minutes, driving joltily with abrupt speed ups and slow downs, and leaving his window fully open while driving through a tunnel letting a lot of fumes blow right into our faces. To anyone reading this, please for your own sake do not ride with Redy2Go.

Never ever use this service. So I've booked a shuttle from my hotel to airport for 7pm only find out last minute that they mistakenly book it for 5pm. However, I never received any single reminder call from them when they said that they've been waiting in lobby for 15 minutes. When I report it to customer service, they only said too bad and they can't help us. They just hang up the phone and never pick up when I tried to call again. The lady on the phone sounds lazy and rude. The $250 paid fee just gone like that. So I eas scrambling try to book a maxi cab + an uber xl so we don't miss the flight. The total cost is 50% of what I paid to this dodgy company. I hope they'll go bankrupt so no one got scammed like I do.
